Vizient Acquiring Kaufman Hall Vizient, a healthcare data and improvement company, is acquiring Kaufman Hall, a healthcare financial and strategic advisory firm. Announced on Tuesday, the deal is expected to close in the latter half of the year, pending regulatory review. The financial terms were not disclosed. Kaufman Hall is presently majority-owned by funds associated with the private equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners, which first invested in the company in 2014. Read more here. As
