Our “H is for Hiring” campaign has launched!
SCHA, member hospitals and many partners have been collaborating on a comprehensive initiative to meet South Carolina’s hospital healthcare workforce needs. It’s called “H is for Hiring,” and it rolled out November 20 with a statewide media campaign to create widespread awareness of hospital job opportunities.
The research-based marketing campaign was developed by Solvent Brandworks, our in-house brand consulting group, and the SCHA communication team, with oversight from the SCHA Board, guidance from hospital communications leaders, and message testing with target audiences including high school and college students.
The initial focus will be outdoor billboards to take advantage of heavy holiday travel periods, supplemented by in stadium signage at the Clemson University vs. University of South Carolina football game on November 26, social media and a dedicated campaign website. H-isForHiring.com was designed as a landing place and resource for current and future job seekers.
The design uses the familiar “H” symbol for hospitals on roadway signs. There’s also a communications toolkit with resources hospitals can customize for use in their own workforce recruitment programs.
