Airline reservations or rental car fees are covered as part of the Scholarship. If you choose to fly, we will provide shuttles from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. We will be reimbursing for gas only if you choose to drive your own vehicle instead of flying. Gas reimbursements will be based on mileage and the government issued reimbursement rate. To utilize the accommodations through Qualivis, you must check into the Omni Grove Park on May 25.
We recommend completing your registration by April 25, however, we will accept reservations until May 20.
